  • Yes. Each marker is handcrafted in our Sheffield jewellery workshop using solid precious metals — including sterling silver (925), 9ct gold (375), and platinum (950). Every piece is individually hallmarked in the UK, guaranteeing authenticity and metal purity.

  • You can choose to have your initials, name, date, or short message engraved either in the centre or around the edge of your marker.
    All engraving is completed by our jewellers in-house, ensuring a luxury finish. A digital preview will be emailed to you before production.

  • Yes. We regularly create custom markers for golf clubs, societies, and special events. Please contact us to discuss your design ideas or upload your logo for a personalised quote.

  • Keep your marker looking its best by gently polishing with a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture. Each order includes a leather puch to keep the makrer in.

  • Yes. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel from our workshop to your door.

  • The Prestige Marker involves a deeper, more intricate engraving process that requires additional time and precision. On precious metals like gold and platinum, the work is even more delicate, demanding slower laser passes and extended finishing. For this reason, the Prestige upgrade varies by metal,

  • A 24-hour cancellation period applies from the time your order is placed.
    After this time — or once the personalisation process has begun — your order cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded.

  • Each marker is made to order in our workshop.

    Standard lead time:

    •  5–10 working days (sterling silver)
    • 10-18 working days (Gold & platinum)

    Bespoke or club orders:

    •  2–3 weeks (depending on design approval)
