Return & Refund Policy
At CH Jewellery – Luxury Golf Markers, every piece is individually handcrafted to order in our Sheffield workshop. We take great care to ensure each marker meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Bespoke & Personalised Orders
Exempt from any exchange or refund are bespoke pieces and items that have been customised or personalised to a customer’s request — this includes any engraving, club logo, or custom design work.
Before production begins, a confirmation email and digital preview will always be sent and must be approved by the customer. Once approved, the order will move into production.
Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation period applies from the time your order is placed. After this time — or once the personalisation process has begun — your order cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at chrishallam@chjewellerydesign.com, providing your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised or stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using an insured and trackable postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
